RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Cleopatras Wardrobe in exchange for a full refund. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to,

Returns Department, Knoll Barn, Wint hill, Banwell BS29 6NG.


Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders. Please see below for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Pierced and cosmetic products may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Under the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order anytime up to (within) seven working days after the day on which you receive your order (following the receipt of your goods).

You must inform http://www.cleopatraswardrobe.co.uk/contact.php of your wish to cancel in writing within seven working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return the products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery service. If goods are lost in transit, we may charge you, or not refund you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Where free returns are not available, we do not pay for the return of goods. We will refund your money including the initial postage charge as soon as is reasonably possible but no later than 30 days of receipt of your request to cancel the order. You do not have to provide any reason for the cancellation of your product/s. However, if you return your product/s for reasons not pertaining to fault, incorrect description or of an incorrect order nature, we will not be responsible for the return postage.
