We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time period set out below but we cannot give an exact delivery time and date.
Our despatch times are 1-2 working days from the point of placing your order.
We endeavour to deliver to you, the customer, within 1-3 working days from the point of transaction completion unless we have notified you otherwise at the point of order. This applies to all orders placed before 12:00 hours (noon) of any working day. Orders placed after 12:00 hours (noon) of any working day, will be automatically placed on the following days schedule. Out of hours orders, including orders placed on Bank Holidays, will be placed on the next available working days schedule.
If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of submitting your order or any other date that we have agreed with you, then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Off Shore Delivery Charges
This delivery charge applies to all areas of the UK except Offshore Islands including Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: BT, KW, IV, AB, DD, PH. PA, ZE and HS.
The surcharge for delivery to the listed areas is based on the consignment weight and customers are requested to email us with full details of their requirements and their address, we will reply with a quote for delivery.
The despatch times are 1-2 working days from clearance of payment.
