What I'm trying to achieve at Ladies Accessories Online Somerset
My name is Brenda and I am responsible for sales, all purchasing, and overseeing the operations.
I have had a passion for fashion all of my life. My first love affair was with fashion and ladies accessories and this is how I have come to be involved in this business.
My passion, I believe, stemmed from my mother who was known as the Duchess in the neighbourhood. She always had the latest fashion and had a thing for shoes and coats. My mum would have the scarf, the gloves, the bag and jewellery to compliment her outfit of the day.
I have to say back in those days my mothers jewellery cost a small fortune, all gold, set with Rubies, Jade, Cameo, Pearls, (politically incorrect Ivory bangle, Earrings, Necklace etc) her array of jewellery meant no matter what the outfit, there was something to accessorise it with. The bags and shoes were in a wardrobe, scarves all neatly ironed in a drawer and most days she would change her bag and accessories.
Nowadays ladies accessories are far more affordable and we can have a much more varied collection than wasn't available in my mothers day.
What I am trying to say is my mothers’ shiny accessories have stuck in my mind whilst growing up and gave me the love for dressing to impress. Firstly I want to impress myself and if others are impressed then that’s a bonus. By accessorising outfits you can easily change your look and how you feel.
I love glitz. Throughout the daytime my look may be toned down dependant on how I am feeling and what I am doing but if I want to wear a very sparkly piece of costume jewellery through the day then I will. I no longer save things for best! I feel everything we have should be enjoyed and let’s face it Life is just too short not to.
I hope you grow to love ladies accessories the way I have, it's my passion and in turn it should be yours.
